Meghan Markle stepped out for The Alliance for Children\u2019s Rights 34th annual Champions for Children on Thursday evening, topping up her Montecito style with a new dress and an old, well-loved accessory that once belonged to Princess Diana<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Duchess of Sussex, who walked the red carpet with close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen, opted for a strapless, silk navy column dress by Ralph Lauren and strappy black Stuart Weitzman sandals. At its core, it was textbook Meghan Markle look, understated and sophisticated.
