Top with banana, berries, chia, walnuts, and cinnamon. If you want it sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey.<\/p>\n<h2>Turmeric eggs on sourdough with avocado<\/h2>\n<p>2 eggs<br \/>\u00bc tsp turmeric<br \/>Black pepper<br \/>Salt<br \/>1 slice sourdough or whole-grain toast<br \/>A few slices of avocado<br \/>A drizzle of olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Scramble or fry the eggs with turmeric, salt, and pepper.
