At the premiere of her new film\u2014the much-anticipated Margo\u2019s Got Money Troubles<\/em> starring fellow blondes Elle Fanning<\/a> and Michelle Pfeiffer\u2014Nicole Kidman<\/a> reminded us that there\u2019s one thing she\u2019s never had: Hair troubles. Over the years, the actor has beautifully moved between shades of blonde and brunette, and red (who could forget that bold shade from the Moulin Rouge<\/em> era?). But her latest hair transformation didn\u2019t require a trip to the colorist; instead, she\u2019s opted for the ever-stylish and wearable curtain bangs.<\/a><\/p>\n Cindy Ord<\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n \u201cWhen they\u2019re done right, [curtain bangs] are flattering on everyone,\u201d hairstylist Mark Townsend<\/a>, the man behind Dakota Johnson\u2019s<\/a> ever-coveted mane, has told Vogue<\/em> about the cut. \u201cIt\u2019s a style that every face shape and every hair texture can have.\u201d<\/p>\n Kidman\u2019s fringe is a natural evolution from the shorter, rounder bangs she debuted at the Chanel show in October of last year<\/a>. For the night, Kidman tapped her longtime hairstylist Adir Abergel<\/a> for the look. The rest of the team included Mary Wiles<\/a> for her makeup and stylist Jason Bolden<\/a>, who dressed the star in Schaiperelli.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re thinking of getting bangs, save this look\u2014Kidman and Abergel are teaching a master-class in the notoriously tricky bang grow-out.
