Lady Gaga<\/a> is stirring up some fashion mayhem.<\/p>\n Yesterday, at The Grove in Los Angeles, Gaga paid homage to her late friend Alexander McQueen<\/a> at the world premiere of Mayhem Requiem<\/em><\/a>\u2014a recording of her no-phones-allowed performance at the Wiltern.
