New Anniversary Edition Electric SUV Introduced
New variant adds ownership benefits, updated interiors, and extended battery warranty for early buyers
BYD India has opened bookings for the first anniversary edition of its flagship electric SUV, starting March 17, 2026, with introductory benefits aimed at early adopters. Customers can reserve the model with a booking amount of ₹70,000, while special offers apply to the first 1,100 buyers.

The key features are:
- 82.56 kWh battery with up to 567 km range (NEDC)
- Cell-to-Body (CTB) structural battery integration
- Intelligence Torque Adaptation Control (iTAC)
- 0–100 km/h in as low as 4.5 seconds
- Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) power output capability
The anniversary edition introduces a new Tahiti Blue interior theme and extends ownership benefits, including a complimentary 11 kW home charger with installation and two years of free service and maintenance. It also upgrades the low-voltage battery to lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry, now backed by an extended 8-year or 150,000 km warranty, improving long-term reliability.
The SUV continues with its 82.56 kWh battery pack across two variants. The higher-spec version accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, while the standard variant does the same in 6.7 seconds. Claimed range stands at up to 567 km (NEDC), depending on the variant.
Built on the company’s Cell-to-Body (CTB) architecture, the battery forms part of the vehicle structure, improving rigidity and interior space. The model also integrates Intelligence Torque Adaptation Control (iTAC) for better traction and dynamic performance.Since its India debut in early 2025, the electric SUV has crossed 2,500 units in sales, gaining traction in the premium EV segment. The latest edition is positioned to further drive demand by combining performance with added ownership value.
Inside, the SUV retains its feature-rich cabin, including a 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen, premium leather upholstery, ambient lighting, and a 12-speaker audio system. Additional features such as vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality and fast wireless charging continue to target tech-focused buyers. The anniversary offer is valid on bookings made until April 30, 2026, reinforcing a limited-period push in India’s growing premium EV market.
