What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and optimising high-performance, low-power SRAM memory circuits for advanced semiconductor products.
- Characterising and analysing timing, power, and leakage across various memory architectures.
- Applying deep knowledge of SRAM bit-cell figure of merits, RC networks, and FinFET fundamentals to enhance design quality.
- Developing and automating internal flows using Perl, Python, or Shell scripting to streamline engineering processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust integration and verification of memory IP.
- Contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives within the engineering group.

What You’ll Need
