Fifteen minutes isn’t a lot of time. That is, unless you’re Jennifer Aniston—the actor and entrepreneur tells me it’s actually the perfect amount of time to get things done. Especially when it comes to Pvolve, the low-impact fitness routine that helps her stay in shape both at home and on the road. Pvolve classes—which can be streamed at home or done IRL if you’re in cities like New York, Nashville, or Chicago—include sessions based on sculpting, cardio, weight training, and recovery.
Inspired by the quickness of these new routines—an Express Series session is just 15 minutes—we asked Aniston for some quick-hits. Her favorites, below.
A quick snack
“I’m a meal-prepper, which is important to me, or else I’ll just snack on crap. I love rice cakes with nut butter and jelly. Sometimes I’ll do it with the powdered peanut butter, sometimes I’ll go full-on with either peanut butter or almond butter. I also keep hard-boiled eggs in the fridge. As stinky as they may be, I like to bring a few of them in the car for when I need a snack.”
A quick workout
“I love a quickie workout. Even a body part like I’m dreading—like glutes—I can get through in that amount of time. These 15-minute sessions can work the entire body in a short amount of time, which is a game-changer. I also love that you can break a beautiful sweat during it.”
A quick beauty moment
“It’s all about my hair and sunglasses. If I’m coming from working out, there’s a little dry shampoo on the roots, a little oil on the ends, and I blow-dry the face-framing pieces. After that, off we go!”
