Vestiaire Collective names chief product and technology officers

Background: Thomas Hézard, who has been promoted to chief product officer, joined Vestiaire Collective in 2019 after leading strategic initiatives for the luxury sector at BCG. He’s since held senior leadership roles at the former across operations, but most recently as chief strategy and people officer. Rémi Bouchez, now chief technology officer, joined Vestiare Collective in 2018, and has held several senior roles within the technology department, most recently as VP of engineering.

In their new positions, both will report to CEO Bernard Osta, who replaced former CEO Maximilian Bittner in October 2025. Together, Hézard and Bouchez will focus on the company’s product and technology strategy, “leveraging AI and placing innovation at the core of Vestiaire Collective’s mission”.

Effective: March 19, 2026.

Company comments: “I’m very excited about these strategic appointments. Thomas and Rémi will drive Vestiaire Collective’s innovation agenda, strengthening our leadership in the global fashion resale market, delivering enhanced user experience to our global community, and actively shaping the future of how people discover, engage with, and consume secondhand fashion,” Osta said in a statement.

Kering names Pierre Houlès as chief digital, AI & IT officer

Background: Houlès started his career in telecom consulting, working for firms including Capgemini, before joining French media conglomerate Canal+ Group in 2012, becoming chief information officer by 2014. In 2016, he joined Renault Group as VP of sales and marketing information systems before being promoted to a dual role as deputy group chief information officer and Renault Digital managing director. At Kering, he will report to group chief operating officer Jean-Marc Duplaix (who is also now CEO of the Kering Jewelry division) and will join Kering’s executive committee.

Effective: March 17, 2026.

Company comments: “Pierre Houlès’s expertise in large-scale transformation, the integration of complex systems, and the application of emerging technologies, notably artificial intelligence, will be instrumental in accelerating the development of a more integrated, innovative, and forward-looking group,” the company said in a statement.
