The brand is digitally-native, with a strong community and a mixed distributed network across retail and direct-to-consumer. The acquisition signals Unilever’s push into the premium wellness category.

OpenAI
Company description: OpenAI has closed the largest-ever funding round in Silicon Valley history, raising £122 million at a valuation of $852 billion. In a blog post announcing the round, OpenAI claimed it is the “overwhelming leader in consumer AI”, adding that it has 900 million weekly active users as of March 2026, as well as 50 million paid subscribers. OpenAI also said that its search usage has nearly tripled in a year, while its six-week ad pilot generated more than $100 million in ARR.

The company has raised $575 million at a $10.1 billion valuation, and aims to invest the funds into expanding globally, particularly in the US, Europe, the Gulf region, Latin America, and Asia.
